Sleep Paralysis and Alien Abduction

Hello, this is my account of an incident that happened to me a few years back. All of this is one-hundred percent true and to this day I cannot stop thinking about what happened. In 2016, I was staying over at my grandparents' apartment in Spain. It was pretty late and I was still jetlagged from the flight over there.

Anyway, I felt myself about the fall asleep when suddenly my eyes were wide open and I gritted my teeth. I felt an electric shock to my entire body and could hear loud buzzing noises in my ears. Almost like some kind of electromagnetic field. It was the most surreal thing ever. Then about a few minutes later I looked out the window and saw what appeared like an electric blue orb dart across my field of vision very quickly. The orb was composed of some kind of energy that was beyond my comprehension. Then I felt my body leaving its shell, or as what many refer to as an OBE (Out of Body Experience), and float up into the air.

I saw a silver cord attached to my non-physical body and noticed what looked like a Grey Alien staring directly at me. He was small and ran away into the kitchen. I felt my non-physical body being dragged away and almost outside. I thought he was taking me to his ship. I was terrified during this whole ordeal and managed to get away by pulling myself on the cord back into my body. I then woke up and would remember that situation for a while. It scared the living crap out of me. I still have no idea what even happened to this day and checked my body the next morning for any marks or anything but there was nothing.

I thought I had been possessed. Long story short, it was horrifying and I have never used any illegal drugs like DMT, LSD, or hallucinogenics in my life. I know that these things tend to happen if you use these substances. Usage of these substances contacts entities or shifts your consciousness to another dimension where you are vulnerable to spiritual/UFO attacks which is why I stay away. The whole ordeal was just insane and left me speechless. I know I'm not the only one either.
