There are a lot of Conspiracies on Extraterrestrials and the Government which are famously linked - some claim they are hiding them whilst others claim they roam the Earth unknowingly. There are many different types of “Aliens” - there is a short documentary of a man who was visited by a certain type of Alien (A Tall White) and she left two hair strands on the man’s body. The hair strands were sent for analysis and it was classified that the DNA came from someone who was biologically close to humans in normal genetics - but wasn’t “human”.
