I built a Mars-only website and wrote an "Intro to Rocket Science" post of how to get to Mars, and would love the NASA community's feedback.

Hey guys,

I've been working on this website, Occupied Mars for a while now. It's a Mars only website that I decided to build because of my frustration in not finding enough Mars-only websites and content online.

Let me first cover what Occupied Mars is NOT:

  • It's not a click and bait content manufacturer that creates 10 non-news stories a day.

  • It's not gonna be focused on news coverage of anything Mars-Related (I really don't have time to be a news agency)

  • It's not gonna display ads (as a developer, I really hate ads)

Here's what Occupied Mars is gonna be:

  • 1-2 stories per month that are opinion-eds about the state of our Journey to Mars.
  • Any Mars coverage in literature (both novels and other forms of media) and how those media depict the red planet.
  • Any breaking news on Mars by NASA or SpaceX will be discussed later on on this blog.

I wanted to share with you my third post, "Take a Vacation to Mars (An Intro to Rocket Science)" and hope to get feedback from you about what you like or hated from the post.

Here's the link: http://ift.tt/1RvS2u3

It is heavily inspired by many of the content and information that NASA has shared online with us, so I wanted to share my post with the NASA and Space community.
