Can you work for NASA without a engineering degree?

I'm going to be a senior this coming fall and am needing to make a final decision about what to study in college. I have always loved space and have always wanted to work for NASA, but I'm not as good at math as I am at science. I was thinking of getting a degree in planetary science and maybe botany or international relations and was wondering if I need to major in a form of engineering or physics to have a chance at working for NASA. Thanks!
