Does it seem like scientists are talking with more and more certainty about life on Europa?

It's long been theorized...but in the coverage of the Juno mission, it seems like at least a quarter of the coverage is related to life on Europa...including discussion of burning up Juno "to avoid contaminating Europa when we drill in 50 years or so," as one scientist put it.

Could we be seeing the beginning stages of disclosure of simple life on Europa?
