Question about working for nasa

Hi,

I recently graduated with an EE degree and am working. I was wondering if it's possible to have NASA as my dream job, and if so what sort of things can I start learning/doing myself to slowly move into their company.

I'm wondering if going back to get my masters to go into their pathway program is the best way, or if trying to get a job at like boeing is better.
