Hillary Clinton was cheated out of the election by the FBI because she was going to be the disclosure president?

I believe that now the republicans are in control of the US government we will not see disclosure under a trump presidency. Podesta and Clinton advocated for disclosure and the FBI thought it was too dangerous to get out to the public so they reopened the investigation into her email days before the election, ensuring a trump victory. Any thoughts?
