What is the need for new employees in NASA? How many people does NASA employ each year?

I've been looking for some statistics but can't say i've found any. Is there any field where NASA particularly needs more researchers? Would it be easier for someone with a master's degree or doctorate degree to get employed than someone with only a bachelor's degree?
