Can you pls help me find this extraterrestrial/federation logo?

I am unable to find more information on this logo, it is I believe to be part of either a galactic federation logo or one belonging to an extraterrestrial group (tall whites likely) I am in need of help finding info on it. http://ift.tt/2hpduX6
