How can I connect with positive ET beings?

Greetings fellow Earthlings (or non Earthlings... I don't judge) I am coming here to ask how I can come into physical contact (contact I consciously remember, not just in Astral projections and can't remember much). Quick background info: I meditate multiple times daily and acknowledge I can contact beings that way (considering all is one mind and outside is just a reflection of the inside) but am unsure of HOW during meditation to connect, specifically. I am also in the process of "aligning" my DNA and if possible would like to communicate with other Hybrids or other teachers of positive vibrations so I do not feel lonely in this process.
