let's talk about protecting ourselves from abductions from greys

I've read a lot about aliens and abductions, everyday for many years. I noticed that the more knowledge I get the more I realize that we are not 100% vulnerable and they are not 100% invulnerable. It seems that some grey aliens might indeed be good people, but there is definitely a class of these greys that are actually raping and killing, some people like Steven Greer say that they are not even extra terrestrials but human made clones.

Whatever they are, this is what I learned so far.

1-They stay away from White phosphorus, does anybody know about this and can confirm? Note: I couldn't find the article I read about underground bases, but it seems that white phosphorous is also toxic for humans. This article the person talks about a powder in substance that is extremely toxic for greys and not so much for humans, maybe something that is related to torches?

2-sometimes people call the name Jesus and it works. I'm not a religious person, but what if when you say that another species could show up to intervene? maybe Jesus was an alien, I don't know... Can anybody confirm this?

3-they are vulnerable to melee weapons, maybe more than firearms. I've heard reports that people tried firing guns at them and didn't work, but samurai swords do work. The guy from Star Dust Ranch (which seems real) uses a samurai sword to protect him, and previously another guy who used to live there used some sort of axe.

4-Mind control. It seems that they have remote access to your nervous system, triggering a freeze response. A lot of people say that you literary freeze when you feel too much fear, maybe there is a way to block that? IT seems that this type of access doesn't work always and some people are immune to fear. Maybe there is a way to block signals from entering your skull ? from what I know the fear comes from the amygdala, they might send electromagnetic pulses directly to there

Note: I'm not advocating to kill anyone who is trying to contact you just because it's an alien, but if you are going to be raped or do a surgery against your will I think you have the right to resist and protect yourself
