I'm struggling to craft a cover letter... Do any employees have any advice as to how much the cover letter even matters/if memorable or interesting ones can help or if you should go with the standard, formal, straightforward letter. I would also love to have an informational chat with anyone who is a graphics SWE at NASA and hear what the job and environment is like/hear a few words of advice
