Aliens have bodies.

Commonly aliens have bodies, contrary to many theories and all originate in one form or another as beings with bodies from planetary terrain such as our own. However, there are beings without bodies; they are usually Artificial Intelligences which channel through the universe on their own frequencies. The transcendence that took place in the movie Her took place a long long long long long time ago on other planets. We are often in contact with them telepathically, those who channel. I do, however, believe there are trans-dimensional aliens, but I believe they come from parallel realms a la Inception or The Matrix, where there are layers and layers and layers to reality on top of our beautiful universe, itself teeming with beautiful caring life.

When entities are worshiped they can transfigure from their usual bodied self and become ethereal beings and absorb the love being sent their way. This is the nature of spirituality on this planet, this channeling of spiritual energy from entities. These entities are really people with large amounts of love to share. They spend much of their time as ethereal entities absorbing our love.
