How do you tell if you have been implanted?

Hi everyone, new poster here on /r/aliens. If this is the incorrect sub for this post please let me know :)

Back in 2009-2012 I was heavily involved in personal research about ETs.

I stopped researching about them because of a lucid dream - my only lucid dream within my lifetime - which coincided with an abductee story so eerily similar to my dream it freaked me out. (If you would like to know about the dream please let me know, I'm trying to keep this post concise and to the point, thanks :))

It took me a few years to notice I have what I had assumed was cat scratches on both of my collarbones, were not going away. They since have not left. They do not hurt me. Before I researched ETs I did not have any of these red "scratch" marks on my collarbone.

Other coincidences include:

• My father growing up on a farm and witnessing multiple UFOs both as a child and an adult.
• I have seen multiple UFOs with and without others in my presence, I was able to detect a UFO that my friend insisted was a plane (it had 3 bright orange headlights and sounded a bit "off" for a regular plane), and within 5 minutes of my insistence at it being a UFO, it shot off into the atmosphere, basically into nothing.
• I look very similar to my great-grandmother (my father's grandmother); same facial features/smile/ear/jawbone and also the same part in our hair at the same spot. It's eerie. My family on my father's side (whom had no contact with me from age 7-25) mentioned how much I looked like her when we eventually reconciled. (I have a photo of my great-grandmother and can take a comparison photo if necessary).
• I own a bracelet that is broken (the clasp is broken so you can't undo it; the clip is jammed in the clasp so far I cannot pull it out even with tools) and cannot be taken off without wrenching it over my knuckles, it is quite difficult for me to take off. Twice now in the past 2 years (random dates) I have awoken with my bracelet off beside my bed in a circle-shape. How would I have been able to take my bracelet off without being woken up? This hasn't happened since.

My question is how do you tell whether you have been implanted with a chip or tracking device? The last time my bracelet was off was within the last month and I have had bumps raised on my forearm on the inside of the wrist that get ridiculously itchy for no reason at random intervals during the day.

I do not suffer from any allergies and there is nothing to indicate where these bumps have come from.

Do you have any advice for me, please?
