Some think To the Stars is a disinformation campaign. I am not too sure about that for various reasons. I think that the government ran out of people to work on the project and had trouble finding good engineers to continue with reverse engineering and integration. If the technology when it was, I believe the cold war era, many, if not all of their engineers who originally worked on it and understood the most have since retired or worse, died. This is the case in other industries right now. Recruiting new talent is very hard. Thoughts?
