Scars behind ears

ok so this is my first post and I’m not sure if this is the right place to post it because it’s not the normal creepy pictures I guess, so pls recommend me where to post it if there’s somewhere better

Also pics of scarssorry that you have the see the my ugly ears (maybe grossness can be substituted for creepiness on this thread lol)

So basically, about two years ago I just remember having this really traumatising nightmare where I couldn’t see anything but I could feel myself being pushed around and I could hear wind really strongly but I woke up and got seduced by Cheerios and so soon forgot about it

I noticed a few weeks later that a had a scar behind my ear (it’s now kinda faded) and just thought it was a random cut so ignored it

Anyway last year the same dream happened and I noticed a few days later I had scars behind my other ear which were a bit deeper

I’ve never had a face lift to cause these scars and I keep my nails pretty short so I don’t think I scratched them up

And like I really hope it’s just a coincidence because anything paranormal really scares me

So I decided to write this post because the more recent scars have started to kind of hurt for no reason

I ended up looking up “strange scars behind ears” and nearly EVERYTHING was “abductions by UFO” I really don’t believe that stuff but I’m curious and kinda desperate to know why I’m getting these scars (goes to show how boring my life is hahaa ahhhh fml)

Honestly this is probably stupid but if anyone has any idea or medical experience as to what these could be, please share in the comments
