If I ever actually saw an alien spaceship, what’s the best way to record it on iPhone?

Sometimes spaceships move really fast, so it’s hard to actually see it, so (if I ever saw one) should I shoot it with higher frames or higher resolution? 4K/30FPS 1080p/60FPS 1080p/120FPS (Darker Image, not as good as the quality of the 60FPS) 720p/240FPS(More Darker)
