How many movies have a storyline that could be viewed as an abstracted version of the Ancient Aliens story?

I can think of a couple of movies that could be viewed as having stories that go along the lines of the Ancient Aliens story:

• Planet of the Apes - Space Men Arrive on a planet ruled by primitive primates.
• Blade Runner - Created humanoid replican slaves are hunted down by their human masters.

Can you think of any others that have a meta-story that is similar to the Ancient Aliens story or part of it. E.g. An enhanced or created 'sub species' battles for freedom from a superior creator.
