I'm a 16-year-old boy who really enjoys space and engineering. What can I do now, and later, to become an aerospace engineer at NASA?

As of now, I will be moving to Germany to complete the IB Diploma Program at an international school outside of Düsseldorf. I have been extremely fascinated by space, engineering, and NASA for some time now. I am a willing and hard-working kid that is eager to learn. What can I do now to increase my chances of securing a job there? I know most of the answers will be something along the lines of "theres not much you can do now, but trying to get into a good college." If there is anything at all that I could do, I would be willing to do it. Thanks to anyone that helps! :)
