How did Apollo 11 go beyond the radiation belt way back in the 60s if in today’s modern world we lack the technology to go beyond the radiation belt? There are countless videos of astronauts (and even one by everyone’s favorite president obama) saying that we don’t have the correct technology to yet explore beyond earths lower orbit.
