The study of UFOs has gone on for decades - what are the next steps?

Feel free to disagree with me, but I'd like to stimulate some discussion around the greater ethical and philosophical questions regarding the UFO phenomenon, more specifically, our relationship with the extraterrestrial presence which is active today in and around our planet.

First off, I'd like to present the premise which I have found to be true over the years looking into this subject: there are foreign races visiting our world without informed consent; they are performing abductions on people against their will; they are doing cruel experiments and procedures on people, often exploiting their reproductive abilities for their own purposes; they are influencing individuals all across the world, presenting themselves as spiritual or beneficent emissaries, disseminating half-truths and narratives to pacify people.... and more. Also important to include is that the world's governments, by and large, do not acknowledge these activities publicly. (If you have not yet heard of or researched these things, consider looking into the work of David M. Jacobs, Marshall Vian Summers, Karla Turner, Richard Dolan...)

Even if you are unaware of any alien activities, it is commonly observed and accepted that foreign craft are flying in our skies.

So the question becomes, given the reality of these things, what must the human family do to prepare for contact, in light of the evidence that it is already underway and it is not on our terms?

There is a lot of talk these days about 'disclosure', but what does this really look like? And where and who will it come from and is there an agenda behind it?

I observe a kind of 'drip-feed' disclosure underway, an effort to slowly acclimate the public to the idea of there being extraterrestrial life. And yet, as this grows within the public conscience, what ideas are being associated with it?

What are our own motives in light of the paradigm-shattering notion of extraterrestrial contact, and can we be honest enough to see how our own desires and fears can distort a clear perception of what is actually occurring?

I think the next steps will begin to unfold with a true awareness of what is happening, a common understanding and clarification of this phenomenon - that physical beings with self-serving motives and superior powers of influence are intervening in our world.

For those who can begin to see and know this for what it is, we must move past the endless debate, speculation and fixation on the smaller details of these things, and start looking at the bigger picture.
