Abduction??

I’ve been having the exact same terrifying nightmare for the past 15 days in a row.

They’ve all had to do with me being taken by humans with extremely bright white skin.

They try and talk to me with a weird mumble language, I somewhat understand and speak back with them.

The dream always ends with me flying over the trees of a jungle. I get extremely dizzy as I wakeup. Lastnight I had to run to the bathroom immediately after, thought I was gonna throw up but just dry heaved for 20 minutes.

I’ve only drank alcohol 3 of the 15 nights so I don’t think that has anything to do with it, I’m not on any medication as well.

I can’t continue to lose sleep like this - because as I wake up I can no longer fall back to sleep. I just sit in bed, extremely tired with this eerie paranoid feeling, anytime I start to think about any kind of intruder in my home I freeze up, and remember the dreams.

Never in the dream do I see my own house or even my own state. I’m normally in an unrecognizable hospital room. Very minimalistic and quite. Definitely man made but not like any kind of hospital I’ve seen before.
