Digitizing pre-digital NASA graphics

Hello, r/nasa!

I'm a designer and space enthusiast currently working on a project where I'm digitizing pre-digital NASA graphics (mission insignias, logos, illustrations). I started the project when I noticed many of the vectored graphics on Wikipedia were poorly rendered or flat out wrong.

I am now trying to find quality images to digitize for historical, archival, and reproduction purposes. I am also looking for a way to accurately color-match, which has proved difficult (even with NASA's scans). I've reached out to NASA but I'm not sure who to contact, and so far I haven't gotten any helpful responses.

This project has been gratifying, but I'm not sure where to go from here without access to the original work. Maybe there's someone here who has advice? Access? Or any opinions on where I should take the project from here?

Thanks for your time!

Teachers in Space Project logo - \"before\" image is from a print where the registration and trapping altered the logo, so I adjusted for that in the vectored image
