It was penciled in for November, now penciled in for December. There can be a lot of bad weather in Florida in December, and it doesn't sound like they are ready anyway. Final assembly isn't just bolting the capsule to the launch core. Boeing CST-100 slipped to 2019 earlier. Hope they can both overcome the difficulties they are encountering.
