Ufo's that perform rapid movements that appear to break the laws of physics are probably using whatever technology they use to create antigravity or nullifying their mass to create an additional field of increased mass to such an extreme that they experience time dilation and while moving at normal speeds appear to be moving like a fast forward state to anyone outside the affected area. Just seems like if you can anti gravity you can gravity and that is how I would use it.
