1974 flightplan from Alan Shepard and Slayton. Signed by Shepard. Worth anything?

Hi all, I have an old flightplan from 1974 and was just trying to see if it had any value. Doesn't look like some hi-tech mission flight plan but Alan Shepard has his signature on it.

I would post a picture if I knew how.
