does anyone know what it means when completely blacked out helicopters are circling once specific area for hours on end? It happened on 4/20/18 in Austin Texas, Near Austin High school it was a Friday and there was some protest walk out happening and everyone was leaving and skipping. So of course me and my friends go off to a spot by the lake where nobody could see us, it was a dope spot in the forest and it was up against the lake so we could see a lot of the lake and city. We were just smoking a couple joints listening to music and we all notice 2 All black helicopters circling right above us, it wasn't near the protest, but right above us. They had no detail at all,Windows were black and the body was too. They circled for hours, we didn't know if it was police, government or what. I have never seen this anywhere else. Could be nothing but it was strange
