I'm wondering if anyone knows the origin, and creator, of the attached figure. I came across this years ago, and after I stopped laughing, and then stopped sobbing, have been using it since in various presentations on engineering project management. I'd love to give credit to the creator, but no amount of internet sleuthing and asking colleagues has revealed anything.
