Fabio è il Direttore della Divisione Enterprise Services di Microsoft Italia che ha l’obiettivo di supportare le aziende italiane nel percorso di digitalizzazione e di adozione delle più innovative tecnologie digitali. Grazie alla sua leadership, che ha orientato il business verso l’adozione di modelli centrati sui dati e sull’intelligenza artificiale, il suo team ha vinto per due anni consecutivi l’EMEA Award per la trasformazione digitale. Il suo percorso professionale è iniziato come Project Manager in Ericsson, dove ha guidato 16 diversi mercati distribuiti su tre continenti. Subito dopo è entrato in McKinsey & Co. dove si è occupato principalmente di Change Management e Business Transformation. Prima di approdare in Microsoft ha maturato una solida esperienza in Capgemini, dove ha ricoperto il ruolo di Responsabile della divisione Web & Mobile Services, della divisione Network Services e di Vice President Telecom & Media. Ha due Lauree, una in Ingegneria informatica e l’altra in Ingegneria delle telecomunicazioni, conseguite rispettivamente al Politecnico di Milano e al KTH Royal Institute of Technology di Stoccolma. Svolge inoltre attività di docenza presso il MIP - School of Management del Politecnico di Milano.

Fabio is the General Country Manager for Microsoft Consulting & Services in Italy, joined in April 2016. In the last years, he led a profound business transformation centered on Artificial Intelligence and data-driven business models. Thanks to this, his team won the EMEA Award for Digital Transformation for two consecutive years. Fabio’s professional career started in Ericsson as Project Manager leading 16 different markets in three different continents. After this, he entered as Associate at McKinsey & Co. where he dealt with Change Management and Business transformation mostly. Prior to Microsoft, he worked also for Capgemini, where he was Responsible for the Web & Mobile Services and Network Services Division and then Vice-President Telecom & Media. Fabio has an Engineering Degree in Information Technology from MIP Politecnico of Milan and a Telecommunications Engineering degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology of Stockholm. He also lectures at MIP - School of Management of Politecnico in Milan.
