Your story.

First off, I am a believer. I didn’t used to be. When I was a little boy in the 70’s, my “crazy grandma” used to tell me stories about the UFO that landed in a field nearby her country store. She used to show me the field. Even as a boy of 8 or 9 years old, I read a lot about astronomy and manned space flight so I dismissed all of what my grandma told me. I also dismissed the story of the gentleman who sometimes visited her country store. She claimed this man was driving his car when a bright light suddenly shone and killed all the power. He later was visited by military men and taken away for questioning. I dismissed all of this and more. This was the early to mid 1970s. Later, after seeing Close Encounters and other films I was shocked by the similarity to the stories I heard from my grandma years before. As an adult, I started reading some material given to me by a friend and changed my mind. In the last several years, I’ve asked people I know very, very well to tell me if they’ve ever seen anything they couldn’t explain. Again, the stories have shocked me. And most of them have come from people who call themselves “skeptics”. The last people I thought would have interesting stories to tell. So, I ask you. What’s your story? What, if anything, have you personally witnessed that you can not explain?

EDIT: I personally have only seen one thing I couldn’t explain. I hesitate to claim it was extraterrestrial because I just don’t know. All I know was that the object was strange and the circumstances were even stranger.
