Some skeptics about aliens living among us, wonder aloud why would aliens be interested in us?The March 2019 issue of The Atlantic on page 25 in the article entitled: "How Humans Tamed Themselves"explains why human anthropologists live among our ape cousins the chimpanzees, orangutans and gorillas as follows: "We will never understand our origins without intensive study of the wild world of our nonhuman relatives." One of the most common intellectual pitfalls impeding our understanding of our place in the universe, is the "fallacy that humans are uniquely and even sometimes divinely uniquely centered-the apex of creation. Martians visiting earth that somehow survived their own industrial/coal petroleum age of civilization, are no doubt curious about their ancestors that lived somehow lived through their similar civilizational bottleneck.
