Other than being chosen by them there's 2 ways to establish a connection with extraterrestrial.
The easy one is going out there, take ur time to look in the sky and with an open heart ask for signs and for them to show up. The CE5 method is also very useful which consists more in meditation and concentration producing very good results but it's not a must. The only requirements and believing in them, establish a peaceful contact and love from the bottom of your heart. The results are bright orbs in the sky, flashes and many kind of things appearing above ur sky. Once they know who u are, they will appear for u without even needing to send any message letting u know they're there for u.
The second method is working for them and their cause. With it I mean dedicate part or most of your life spreading and divulging their message and teachings (which are the same given by God) to humanity and this is done by putting your face out there. This is done by having conferences, writing books or documenting their visitation with pictures and videos of their crafts. This methods bring u very close to them but it's also the hardest one and the one with the most responsabilities cuz guess what ull have the government on ur ass and people around u will think u lost it.
These are the methods to contact them and I also wanna clarify the bullshit myth that these beings are devils, negative entities and fallen fucking angels. Fallen angels happened thousands of years ago. These being are people for other planets and constellations (Pleiades, Andromeda, Sirius, alpha centauri, procyon and many others). These being are not from the fucking future either for christ sake, another myth that has no sense.
Negative aliens do exist but they're blocked on their own planets just like us. Traveling to the cosmos is sacred, the keys to learn how to lay on a certain ethic, studying the science of the spirit itself, of the consciousness, follow the teachings of God, being in harmony with the planet, the nature and all the inhabitants and having no karma. Cosmo means order that's why we are stuck here, with our childish technology/beliefs and we'll never change our fate if we don't change oursels first.
This might sound like lots of nonsense shit but I can only tell you to study the subject and not listen to the mainstream media. Disclose will only come from us, the people. So go out there and show ur love. Love not medicine or drugs. U can only contact ur stupid self with those, bananas. Ur only enemy is the government and the people in power not the extraterrestrials.
