Where can I contact NASA to check if they allow me to sell products based on their rocket designs?

I want to sell 3d space products using the design of their rockets, ISS, etc. combined with different elements.

The problem is that I don't even know if I need a license because on their website it doesn't say anything specifically about that (it only mentions how to use images, logo, etc which I don't intend to use).

I tried contacting them on 2 different emails but no answer so far.

Do I need approval for this in the first place? Does anyone have any idea where and how to contact them?
