Internship questions

I’m interested in pursuing a internship at nasa, and Ideally a full time position eventually.

I’m wondering though, regarding my education. I recently graduated from a 2 year college and am planning on pursuing my bachelors at a university. I know a nasa internship requires you to be enrolled in school. The thing is, if I ever got accepted for a position at NASA, I would have to relocate out of state, as I live in Wisconsin. This means I would have to enroll in a university in the same state that the position would be in.

So how can I go about this? Ideally I would get the internship with a long advance notice, then sign up for university near where I will be working. I don’t want to enroll in university here then end up moving out of state, as i won’t be able to do 100% online schooling.

Would this be an option for me? I feel Iike they wouldn’t accept me knowing that I haven’t enrolled yet, but it seems like that’s my only option realistically.

Any other tips to stand out application wise? I have a high GPA and a letter of recommendation already.

Thanks :)
