Details on Firing Rooms and Their Members

Ok. So first, the reason I'm asking for this information is because I'm wanting to make a game that mimics a rocket launch. But I thought this would be a great place to ask because it would have the information I need.

So the information I need and cannot find easily on the internet is:

1. About how many people are working in a firing room at a time?
2. What are the different firing rooms?

If you have any links with that information. That would be great as well.

Some other information I need with that is:

1. What are the different positions in firing rooms?
2. What do those different positions do?
