When UFO's use their "engines" they are dilating gravity to travel at high speeds and defy physics..
When gravity becomes distorted like in a black hole time does as well. When an engine using gravity to move a ship the time that it is visible would be projected elsewhere earlier in time.
Bob Lazar said it manipulated gravity, found as an archeological find..
We are watching craft travel in a future or past time that can not be caught on radar, have no reason to interact because they don't see us.
