Reported 2020 sighting and U.S Navy patents

I was wondering what other peoples thoughts are on this. It has reported recently along with the release of the "silver cube" photos, that another photo, also taken from a pilots personal iPhone from the cockpit of an F/A-18, is in existance (yet not made public) that shows a "black triangle" craft emerging from the ocean. The photo is reported to be "crystal clear" and the object is described as a triangle with lights on each corner. The govt have reportedly not ruled out "non-human technology" as a possible hypothesis.

Most people who follow the topic know that black triangles with lights on the corners have been filmed and witnessed many times over the years all over the world.

Considering that the US Navy (who witnesses a great number of UAP/UFO encounters) holds patents for not only Anti-gravity propulsion systems, internal mass reduction systems and Anti-gravity crafts (of which state underwater capabilities also) but a patent for a black, triangular craft with spherical lights on each Axis.

I appreciate that patents don't necessarily mean that the proposed technology exists, or that it is functional or useable. But surely a patent matching a craft that has been seen, filmed, and now described in detail with clear pictures to accompany, cannot be coincidental?

Do you think that these sightings and encounters are actually our top secret tech being tested? Bear in mind that most Navy personnel would not be informed, ie. The pilots genuinely would not know what they seeing?

An article describing the other craft spotted but not yet released, artists depliction of the described object look similar to that in the patent
