Malevolent or Benevolent? How do you see it?

With all evidence available to us, I thought it would be fun to see where we all stand on all of this. Any personal experiences that make you believe one or the other?

Do you get a feeling of comfort and other positive feelings when you consider extraterrestrials or is it more a feeling of dread?

Would love to get a good discussion on this.
