I just learned about this book the other day, and after seeing that it was $70 on Amazon.ca I was hoping to find a .pdf somewhere for my Kindle (Amazon doesn't even offer a digital version). I've tried Googling it but I can't seem to find a copy that's still up... Piratebay's torrent claims it'll take infite to download.
Any links? Or cheaper options than $70 CAD?
