The Alien/UFO stuff, isn't new, we all know that, and if there is indeed an ET presence on/around Earth, then some very smart and very rich people are aware of this.
Have you ever wandered why do people like Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Jeff Besos and others do this keep so much Money/Actions ? Because they know that disclosure is coming and there is a huge battle between private companies to develop the new age (UFO technology derivation) technologies. Governements did the same. Google, Amazon, The Waltons, Elon and many other people and/or group of people amass over 150 Billions for this new challenge. Elon Musk has enough money now, to do multiple go back on mars, why do you think he waits so much? Because he knows a better technologies will be accessible, a cleaner, cheaper and better one. He fooled many people when he said that he never heard of Aliens/Ufos/Nimitz on Joe Rogen.... He knows like the others.
Edit : Now I remember that Elon Musk actually sold everything he had this year.
