They're very tight lipped about everything. They don't want us knowing too much. However, they'll fully admit that they know these things aren't Russia or China? If it was still under any investigation of any kind they wouldn't be admitting anything to us. Unless they're just straight lieing (Which is a possibility) then it's very clear that other countries aren't a possibility at all! They know it's not from Earth, and they're taking their sweet time to reveal it.
