Born in 1992, graduated with a bachelor's and master's degree in clinical psychology, university lecturer, lecturer in psychology workshops in the field of life skills, premarital skills, parenting, etc., counselor and psychotherapist in the field of personal problems, couple, family and adolescents based on ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
