Most of us prefer not to take responsibility for our problems. Because we think accepting responsibility for a problem means being guilty of it. Responsibility and guilt usually go hand in hand, but these are not one thing. Some had a bad childhood. Some have been physically, emotionally, or financially abused. They are not guilty of these problems, but they are still responsible, responsible for continuing on their way despite their problems and making the best possible decision given their circumstances. Born in 1992, graduated with a bachelor's and master's degree in clinical psychology, university lecturer, lecturer in psychology workshops in the field of life skills, premarital skills, parenting, etc., counselor and psychotherapist in the field of personal problems, couple, family and adolescents based on ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
