Eric Ku is a sophomore in an international high school on Jeju. He is also a machine learning engineer in a startup that develops algorithms for medical imaging software to help hospitals and research labs. Eric's experience at this startup motivated him to advocate for the advantages of remote working and asynchronous communication tools. He believes that a healthy balance between synchronous and asynchronous communication is crucial in building healthy working environments of the 21st century.
