David Daniel has spent his entire life searching for the answers to some of life's big questions: Why are we here? What does a good life look like? What are we capable of doing? For years, he pursued these questions by seeking out adventures, climbing the corporate ladder, and becoming an elite-level triathlete and USA Triathlon coach. Despite his successes, David still found himself feeling unfulfilled and grasping for the next accomplishment. And then one night, he had an unexpected event happen that would change the course of his life and would set him on a path to help others deal with the anxiety, overwhelm, and a general feeling of lack in their lives. Leveraging his background as a high-performance athlete and coach, David believes we can train our minds to be more present, to be more connected to others, and ultimately to find lasting peace and happiness.
