“Humanity takes itself too seriously. It is the world's original sin. If the cave-man had known how to laugh, History would have been different.” – Oscar Wilde

There are some people, who when they speak, make it feel as though light is pouring into the room. Dr. Mickey Mehta embodies this energy, with his frank love for life. His acute motivations don’t seem to come from a need to preach, but rather simply from a man who finds joy in life, and would like to talk about it, so maybe somebody else could too.

A common theme he covers is wellness and recreation. How the pandemic offers an opportunity for everyone to ‘rebuild’ themselves into healthier people, both physically and mentally.

Dr. Mickey Mehta, the global leading holistic health guru who has completed 51 years of yoga and a span of 40 years of professional run, has this extraordinary way of talking that doesn't just make you feel heard, but allows his words to seep into your head effortlessly, and the next thing you know they are solidified in your head, and you remember the love you have for life.
Dr Mickey Mehta is a global leading holistic health guru and a corporate life coach to Bollywood superstars, top politicians, several Miss Worlds and Miss Universes and the Indian army too.

Moreover, he’s been a speaker at Harvard University, IIMs, IITs and held holistic health workshops globally.

It doesn’t stop here! Would you believe, he has completed over 50 years of yoga has also bagged prestigious awards such as ‘Health and Wellness Icon’ by The Economic Times and was among the ‘100 most impactful wellness leaders of the world’! This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
