Ebuka talks about how important it is for boys to have male figures in their lives. He explains that men who grew up without fathers are more likely to get involved with crime, drugs, and alcohol than those who had a healthy relationship with their fathers. He is into Boys Development and Youth Mentoring. He does this through Mentoring, coaching and training them in life, leadership and purpose, also by acting as parent partner. He sees to the total development of boys and advocates for their well-being. He has certificates in Emotional Intelligence, Teens Mentoring and Organizational Leadership.
He is a graduate of Sociology with Msc in Organizational Leadership. He also has certificate in Non-Profit Leadership Management Course from Lagos Business School.
He received the National Volunteers Award in 2020 on his work for humanity.
His first book 'The Journey into Manhood' is a great resource for Boys and young men.
