When aliens extract human sperm for hybrid production and DNA purposes, would they jerk you off or use a needle to extract it?

Would they go to town with a nice slow and long hand job or use an extraction needle?

Which technique would be the best extraction method?

If they needed lots I assume the hand job would be the best option and needle for a smaller amount.

But how much would be needed for their purposes? For DNA and reproduction / hybrid purposes I mean.
