The pandemic changed the way that people live, 2020 made us work from home, teach from home and learn from home. The change was good for some, but many suffered due to the change. It brought up a radical change in the education industry, the suffer digitalization was hard for the middle-aged faculty, who are trained and experienced in teaching offline.
Online education is missing all the paralanguage input that helps a student to learn. The learning experience is more important than the learning itself. The future of education depends on the pandemic's spread, it will be more of a hybrid model with both an online and offline component.

The talk explained how one can make online education more interactive, by using various tools like quizzing platforms, screen sharing, games, activities and many more to bring back the attention of the students.
Mr Navin Reddy is an exceptional personality with over 15 years of experience in Java, Python, AWS, Scala and Kotlin Technologies.
