Uncertainty is being unsure about something or situation.
You are excited and look forward to doing something , you have a plan and then your plan meets the unexpected.
And unexpected situations can be both negative or positive.
It can be getting to know that you are expecting a baby or it can be a loss of a loved one
It can be marriage or separation
It can be winning a lottery or losing all the money
And all of a sudden your plans becomes unclear
and what makes it more challenging & unsettling Is that that you have no control over what’s happening you need to make decisions quickly with limited or no information.
And that is why most people freeze when faced with uncertainty.
