Is there any good shows or documentaries currently streaming out there that are not cringey AF to watch ?

Every time I find something on Netflix Amazon or Hulu about Aliens i can’t watch it for more than 10 minutes because of terrible cliche x files music, constant repetitive cgi graphics of grey aliens and ufos , and interviews with people who like they are holding back Laughter. Is there anything out there that isn’t an insult to our intelligence?
